Job Overview: As a Sales Executive with City Wide Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business in the Raleigh-Durham area. You will work closely with our team to identify potential clients, schedule appointments, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals.
  • Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process.
  • Build rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales.
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and track all client and lead information.

Requirements:
  • Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role.
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling, both over the phone and in the field.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing territories.
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to lead client meetings and effectively communicate our service offerings.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with operations and other sales team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
