Key Responsibilities

The Regional Nutrition and Health Manager will be responsible for:

  • Effectively managing pending patients through the documentation and authorization process.
  • Managing monthly/quarterly budgetary guidelines to ensure overall territory profitability.
  • Reaching outlined monthly sales revenue targets.
  • Properly reviewing, researching, and prioritizing pending orders to make most effective use of time and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Responsible for understanding and responding to all of the given territory's needs and overall care of his/her patients.

They will also serve as a concierge to key accounts, representing Sentido in key communications, creating weekly routes with recurring calls to complete all required physician calls, and organizing and completing expected face-to-face calls and telephone contacts within outlined territory.
