Apparel Sales Director

The Apparel Sales Director role at UniFirst involves driving sales growth and expanding the company's presence in the corporate apparel market. This position requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + commissions
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and expand the customer base within a defined territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the corporate apparel industry.
- Proven track record of success, including achievement of sales targets and expansion of customer bases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
