Role Summary:
The Automotive Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing, marketing, and selling the full range of products and services available at Driver's Edge, adhering to the company's established standards and expectations.

Compensation: $50,000/Yr. to $70,000/Yr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in-person and via phone, utilizing the company's standardized customer service techniques.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, thoroughly document them, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify service needs.
  • Recommend services based on expertise, clearly communicating any additional suggestions from the Automotive Technician to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Promote the sale of relevant services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a solid understanding of the products and their service requirements.
  • Provide customers with precise quotes that encompass costs and estimated completion times for approved services, keeping them updated throughout the service process.
  • Follow established procedures when finalizing customer transactions, including reviewing completed inspections and explaining applicable warranties.
  • Conduct follow-up calls post-repair and for declined services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Professional appearance and proven ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work a minimum of five days a week, including weekends.
