Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a sales strategy to attract new prospects and expand existing relationships.
  • Selecting and managing a network of reliable carriers to provide freight services.
  • Providing accurate shipping quotes to customers and booking orders with carriers.
  • Tracking the status of loads and collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage collections and drop-offs.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends in the transportation industry.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • An established book of business is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to meet sales targets and work independently.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote position offering flexibility and opportunities for growth.
