Job Description

**Job Summary**

ThinkTank LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Direct Market Manager to lead our team of Broadband Consultants in promoting and enrolling eligible customers into an affordable home internet and streaming TV service package.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and lead a team of Broadband Consultants in various in-person distribution locations to drive campaign success and ensure team adherence to sales and enrollment procedures.
  • Train and support team members on the enrollment process, product benefits, and customer interaction techniques to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Participate directly in customer enrollments to provide firsthand sales experiences and insights, and to ensure high activation rates and compliance with the 90-day customer retention requirement for full compensation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase team effectiveness and customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in campaign execution.
  • Handle logistical aspects of campaign management, including scheduling, location setup, and material distribution to ensure seamless execution.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven leadership experience in sales or marketing, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, media services or similar industries, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with both customers and team members.
  • Ability to train and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed their performance targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Knowledgeable in customer enrollment processes and compliance with federal programs like ACP, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Must be flexible to travel within the assigned territories and work at various event sites, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
