As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing marketing initiatives that position the organization as a leader in its field. Your efforts will be crucial in enhancing the brand and generating qualified leads for the sales department.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement a variety of marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Utilize project management tools to manage timelines, resources, and communications effectively.
  • Create detailed project briefs, including scopes of work, deliverables, schedules, and budget estimates.
  • Prepare and present status updates and conduct internal meetings to ensure projects are on track.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to track and maintain creative assets for various initiatives.
  • Evaluate and analyze campaign performance after launch to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor project timelines and suggest enhancements in collaboration with internal teams or external partners.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the marketing team regarding project outcomes.
  • Deliver actionable insights and metrics to stakeholders regarding project performance.
  • Maintain familiarity with brand guidelines and project governance standards.

  • Perform various marketing administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the events manager to execute global events related to drilling and mining.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and follow-ups with the creative team.
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies for new products, including internal briefings and communications.
  • Keep the organization informed about ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global sales and technical service teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of marketing activities.
  • Strong networking and coordination skills across various business units.
  • Excellent communication abilities at all organizational levels.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Capability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
