About the Role

Xe is seeking a highly skilled B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our Xe and Dandelion Payments brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, leveraging digital channels such as email, websites, and social media.
  • Customer Insights and Campaign Development: Conduct market research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of our target customers, and design and test demand generation campaigns to effectively reach and engage with them.
  • Campaign Optimization and Budget Management: Manage and optimize paid media budgets and campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on targeting and lead generation strategies, and generate inbound leads from various platforms.
  • Hubspot Platform Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Hubspot platform, and track performance effectively to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and revenue growth in B2B digital marketing campaigns.
  • Industry Experience: Payments industry or SAAS experience preferred.
  • Digital Media and Analytics: Experience with paid digital media placement and analytics.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge and experience of Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, STEM, or related field of study.
