About the Role

Xe is seeking a highly skilled B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Develop deep understanding of our target customers and design and test demand generation campaigns
  • Define and develop campaigns to retain and activate existing customers, addressing churn and increasing transactions
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets and campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on targeting and lead generation strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing campaigns, with a track record of generating high-quality leads and revenue growth
  • Payments industry or SAAS experience preferred
  • Experience of paid digital media placement and analytics
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
