About the Role

This intermediate-level position will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with design and technical leadership to deliver exceptional results. Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Architect and project leadership, the primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to design, selection, coordination, and architectural detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Preparing and contributing to design and presentation efforts utilizing various software programs.
  • Developing and managing the REVIT model to produce plans, elevations, and sections, with a focus on producing high-quality REVIT section and plan details.
  • Preparing preliminary design sketches of small to moderate-sized site plans.
  • Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents.
  • Assisting in the development of design and concept drawings.
  • Assisting in the coordination of engineering systems with engineers.
  • Maintaining a leadership role within the team on specific project issues or topics.
  • Reviewing shop drawing submittals with guidance from the Project Architect.
  • Attending field site inspections, which may involve a physical walk-through of the site.
  • Actively participating in project team meetings.
About Your Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a non-professional Bachelor's degree from a school offering a NAAB-accredited program.
  • Minimum 4 years of related professional experience.
  • Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States (preferred).
  • LEED accreditation (preferred).
  • Strong creative design portfolio and excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
