Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our team at Lawrence Group People, LLC. As an Intermediate Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to roll out their brands with services including building surveys, due diligence, code analysis, architectural construction documents, engineer coordination, and permitting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement design solutions that meet their needs and goals.
  • Conduct building surveys and due diligence to identify potential design issues and opportunities.
  • Analyze building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with design solutions.
  • Develop and produce architectural construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for design solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a commercial design firm, preferably using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent design, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of general interior construction, methods, and materials, details, and standard building codes.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with a strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week. Hours are flexible, and minimal travel is expected.
