Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Sales Engineer to join our team in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business development, generating leads, and building relationships with OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across product lines and OEM markets.
  • Generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships, and close opportunities with identified OEMs.
  • Stay up-to-date on current products, future industry trends, and competitive product positioning.
  • Create engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospects and existing partners.
  • Lead negotiation and administration of long-term contracts and agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with OEMs and Service Centers.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years direct aviation experience, preferably with exposure to aviation electrical and avionics systems.
  • Proven experience in relationship building and providing superior customer service.
  • Strong negotiation, project/program management, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $100,000-$150,000 per year, based on factors such as education, work experience, location, and specific job duties.
