Aerospace Manufacturing Trainer Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Trainer to join our team at WSU Tech. This is a unique opportunity to share your expertise and passion for training with the next generation of industry professionals.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $57,000-$65,000, based on industry standards and location. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality training programs to students in aerospace manufacturing, focusing on hands-on skills development and industry-specific knowledge.
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet course objectives.
- Maintain certification and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with industry partners and WSU Tech staff to develop and implement effective training solutions.
- Evaluate and improve training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of full-time equivalent work experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a technical discipline, or a combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator, with a focus on adult learners.
- Documented experience in aerospace manufacturing processes, inspection, and management.
