Job Title: Financial Monitoring Analyst I at Marion & Polk Schools Credit Union

The Enhanced Monitoring Accounts (EMA) division at Marion & Polk Schools Credit Union is dedicated to reducing risks by vigilantly overseeing high-risk financial accounts to identify potential fraudulent activities. This department specializes in the investigation of financial transactions, compliance reporting, and adherence to both State and Federal regulations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and systematic individual to become part of our team as a Financial Monitoring Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing quarterly assessments and continuous oversight of EMA accounts to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards
  • Analyzing financial information and benchmarking it against similar organizations
  • Assisting in the preparation of Bank Secrecy Act reports concerning currency transactions
  • Ensuring adherence to operational protocols and security measures
  • Evaluating membership applications and addressing any related concerns

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, and be at least 21 years of age. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in financial services, tax preparation, accounting, or bookkeeping. Candidates must be bondable.

Compensation Range: $23 - $26 per hour based on experience.
