Your Responsibilities:
Key Duties:- Effective Communication: Engage with patients and staff through various channels, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
- Order Processing: Accurately manage and transcribe orders, adhering to departmental protocols, while monitoring telemetry in accordance with hospital standards.
- Documentation Maintenance: Complete necessary documentation for EKG monitoring and maintain accurate medical records as per established guidelines.
- Safety Assurance: Contribute to a secure environment for patients and staff by following safety protocols and maintaining vigilant observation of patients under remote monitoring.
- Leadership Support: Take on additional clerical tasks as needed and assist in training new team members.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with telemetry monitoring. Candidates should possess a strong grasp of medical terminology and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the capability to handle confidential patient information responsibly.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Working Conditions:
