This Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. They develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, leveraging market trends and consumer insights to promote products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and edit marketing content, such as social media posts, email campaigns, blog posts, and print materials.
  • Assist in the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate public relations, including press releases, awards, and company announcements.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to propose innovative marketing ideas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a marketing role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics – familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design, print, and video production.
