Job Overview

Cambridge Real Estate Services is seeking a skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless property operations
  • Monitor property condition to provide proactive maintenance services and ensure resident satisfaction
  • Coordinate with vendors, including landscapers, turnover services, and technicians to maintain high-quality services
  • Oversee capital projects to enhance property value and resident experience
  • Develop and maintain effective resident relations to foster a positive community
  • Manage resident payment practices to ensure timely and accurate payments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management, with a focus on leasing, collections, and resident relations
  • Strong understanding of property management software, including Yardi experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with residents and staff
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet property needs
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic to maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
