Broker Customer Success Manager

The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Broker Customer Success Manager to join our Inside Sales team in Beaverton, OR. This is a fully remote opportunity, supporting our Great Lakes Region. We are open to applicants nationwide, but prefer candidates from IL, WI, IN, and TN.
Key Responsibilities- New customer engagement to ensure customer longevity and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present DAT products and services that align with customer goals and objectives.
- Manage sales funnels and sales chats to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed revenue quotas on a monthly basis.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as an Account Manager.
- History of exceeding established quotas and targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in SalesForce or comparable CRM.
