The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Broker Customer Success Manager to join our Inside Sales team in Beaverton, OR. This is a fully remote opportunity, supporting our Great Lakes Region. We are open to applicants nationwide, but prefer candidates from IL, WI, IN, and TN.

Key Responsibilities
  • New customer engagement to ensure customer longevity and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present DAT products and services that align with customer goals and objectives.
  • Manage sales funnels and sales chats to drive revenue growth.
  • Meet and exceed revenue quotas on a monthly basis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as an Account Manager.
  • History of exceeding established quotas and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in SalesForce or comparable CRM.
