About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Triumvirate Environmental, a leading provider of environmental services across North America. As a dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Associates (BDAs) to drive sales performance and refine our consultative sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor a team of SDRs and BDAs in our sales process, emphasizing the Sandler Sales Methodology and consultative selling techniques to improve cold outreach, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.
  • Guide team members in originating new door meetings, qualifying opportunities, and uncovering problems we can help solve by quantifying them.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the sales opportunity pipeline for the SDRs, ensuring all opportunities are qualified and they are working with assigned Sales Reps.
  • Utilize sales tools to track and analyze activity, ensuring that team members meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years of managing salespeople.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, with a track record of coaching SDRs/BDAs with 0-2 years' experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, business, or a related field.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and team performance.
  • Expertise in Sandler Sales or other consultative methodologies.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
