Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus lucrative performance incentives through our Nike/Lululemon sponsored program. You'll have the opportunity to earn Nike/Lululemon swag, prizes, and amazing trips.
Job Description
The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for self-generating sales leads and presenting in-home presentations on our solar products and services to potential customers. Your priority is to make genuine human connections with potential customers, qualifying and vetting solar as a viable energy solution for their homes and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers
- Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer's system is turned on
- Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate customers' knowledge and needs, building productive long-lasting relationships
- Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations
- Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferredMust be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background checkExcellent communication and teamwork skills needed to partner cross-functionally when addressing customer needsWillingness to spend time traveling within local markets, depending on business needs and sales modelIntermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an iPad/computer and multiple software applications (experience with a CRM is a plus)Benefits
