Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Randstad USA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to drive new business growth through direct client engagement and strategic territory planning.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, leveraging industry expertise to optimize growth potential, and delivering exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our services within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business growth
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND PROACTIVE ISSUE RESOLUTION
  • Leverage industry expertise to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition and inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and developments
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advantageous)
