As a Home Sales Coordinator Executive, you will play a crucial role in our internet sales team, fostering and distributing leads generated through our website and other marketing channels, and managing our internet sales team.

About the Job Description:

This role involves developing and implementing training programs to meet division traffic and sales goals, guiding and training Internet Sales Coordinators with phone, sales, and customer service techniques, consistently shopping and ensuring in-depth knowledge of new and resale competition, monitoring Internet Sales Coordinators' phone calls, live chat dialogues, and other correspondence, and attending promotional events for Communities as needed.

About the Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years' experience in telephone and/or online customer service, with up-selling experience preferred. A college degree is preferred, but not required. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
