We are seeking an experienced executive to join our team as an Internet Sales Manager. This role will require you to develop and implement training programs to meet division traffic and sales goals. You will also guide and train internet sales coordinators with phone, sales, and customer service techniques to achieve optimal performance results.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in telephone and/or online customer service, with up-selling experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
