About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our New Home Sales Internship Program at Starlight Homes. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in new home sales and real estate, working closely with our experienced sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Team: Collaborate with our sales team to support daily activities, including engaging with potential buyers and preparing presentations.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and engage prospective homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships.
  • Sales Presentations: Observe seasoned sales consultants deliver sales presentations to prospective buyers, learning effective strategies and techniques.
  • CRM Management: Assist in managing customer data in our CRM system, understanding lead generation and follow-up processes.
  • Contract Preparation: Learn about documentation and legal aspects of home sales, ensuring accurate and compliant procedures.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Help coordinate community events, grand openings, and promotional activities to attract potential homebuyers.
  • Training & Development: Participate in sales training sessions to deepen your understanding of our product offerings, sales process, and techniques.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred).
  • Strong interest in real estate, home sales, or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
