New Home Sales Internship Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our New Home Sales Internship Program at Starlight Homes. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in new home sales and real estate, working closely with our experienced sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Sales Team: Collaborate with our sales team to support daily activities, including engaging with potential buyers and preparing presentations.
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage prospective homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships.
- Sales Presentations: Observe seasoned sales consultants deliver sales presentations to prospective buyers, learning effective strategies and techniques.
- CRM Management: Assist in managing customer data in our CRM system, understanding lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Contract Preparation: Learn about documentation and legal aspects of home sales, ensuring accurate and compliant procedures.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Help coordinate community events, grand openings, and promotional activities to attract potential homebuyers.
- Training & Development: Participate in sales training sessions to deepen your understanding of our product offerings, sales process, and techniques.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Strong interest in real estate, home sales, or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Gaining hands-on experience in new home sales and real estate.
