Position Details

This role is client-facing and requires prior experience in an advertising agency environment.


The Lead Client Relations Executive will collaborate with the Accounts Management Team to foster client growth and enhance brand presence. This individual will build and maintain trust with clients, serving as a reliable advisor who adds value through a commitment to excellence, consistent performance, and teamwork. A thorough understanding of client business and consumer behavior is essential. This role includes overseeing project processes, deliverables, and timelines while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a leading brand, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Experience with major brands, ideally in retail or restaurant sectors, supporting integrated marketing communications.
