Our Client Relations Coordinator role demands a strong sense of urgency in addressing customer requests and inquiries that come through our dealership.

Candidates should possess the ability to juggle multiple requests while providing prompt responses. This is a Full-Time position that offers a comprehensive benefits package with a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week.

The Client Relations Coordinator position includes a base hourly wage along with a commission structure.



Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and customers, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Manage the BDC, handling all incoming communications and administrative tasks while collaborating closely with customers.
• Work in tandem with sales and service teams to follow up on all internet leads and phone inquiries daily.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC applications.
• Ability to complete tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Pleasant phone demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Energetic phone presence and ability to address customer concerns effectively.
• Availability to work full-time hours, including some evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
