POSITION SUMMARY:
Solomon Barwegen - State Farm Agency Intern is on the lookout for a driven individual who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As our Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member, your expertise in insurance products and market trends will enable you to engage directly with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver maximum value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to daily success.
- Partner with your office team to foster enduring customer relationships.
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Ability to connect effectively with customers.
- Possession of a Property & Casualty license.
