  • Investigate and devise solutions for complex technical challenges.

  • Maintain documentation of known issues and their resolutions for the benefit of team members.
  • Analyze technical literature, consult with specialists, and collaborate with vendors to determine suitable hardware and software options.

Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • 1-3 years of experience in supporting Windows 10 operating systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in configuring and supporting computer hardware and software.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer support role.
  • 1-3 years of experience utilizing a ticketing system (e.g., Microsoft SCSM, ServiceNow, Cherwell, etc.).

Licenses/Certifications Required:
  • Valid Class 'D' Driver's License.
