Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the setup of new desktop systems (hardware, operating systems, application software) in accordance with departmental protocols.
- Investigate and devise solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Employ Microsoft SCCM for the deployment of OS images and software applications.
- Maintain documentation of known issues and their resolutions for the benefit of team members.
- Analyze technical literature, consult with specialists, and collaborate with vendors to determine suitable hardware and software options.
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- 1-3 years of experience in supporting Windows 10 operating systems.
- 1-3 years of experience in configuring and supporting computer hardware and software.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer support role.
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing a ticketing system (e.g., Microsoft SCSM, ServiceNow, Cherwell, etc.).
Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Valid Class 'D' Driver's License.
