Clinical Applications Training Specialist

ArchWell Health is seeking a Clinical Applications Training Specialist to serve as an internal subject matter expert in the use of clinical applications to deliver quality care to our members. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a deep understanding of operations and the use of eCW and other clinical applications, and a collaborative spirit and growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training documentation and provide training in all modalities.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the implementation of relevant applications and devices.
  • Collaborate with Products and Services, Learning and Development, and Clinical Education team members to create and maintain comprehensive workflow and technical end-user documentation.
  • Participate in core clinical systems upgrades and new functionality deployments.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training deployment strategies.
  • SME level of expertise in eCW or comparable EMR software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to exercise good interpersonal relations and be supportive of the philosophy and policies of the company.
