Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Healthcare. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining effective relationships with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify time cards, payroll records, and other related documents.
  • Implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll checks, direct deposits, and other related payments.
  • Verify work schedules, time-off requests, and other employee data.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
  • High school diploma required; AA degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
