We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Associate I to provide executive-level support to the Department of Dermatology. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily scheduling and travel arrangements for executive leadership
  • Provide editorial support for departmental communications and publications
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics and catering
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external departments, including UNMC and NM internal departments, University of Nebraska campuses, and external academic collaborators
  • Assist executive leadership with administrative tasks, including problem-solving and thinking
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 6 years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience
  • Strong keyboarding skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and professional telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion in handling confidential information, and juggle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field
  • Nebraska Notary certification
  • Experience with SAP, ADIS, EPIC, and Concur
