Job Summary

As an Operations Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations and development of our clients company's products. This includes overseeing contract renewals, price changes, and various clerical duties related to account management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in previous roles relating to operations of the business, with a blend of technical expertise and administrative proficiency. They will utilize advanced technology to efficiently track contract renewals, price changes, and manage account-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track contract renewals, price changes, and perform clerical duties for new/changed/renewed and canceled accounts.
  • Generate weekly labor efficacy reports, tracking hours and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor consumable spending for all accounts and compile monthly inspection scores/reports.
  • Create and maintain Manager Binders with account information, contacts, scope of work, and schedules.
  • Follow up with managers mid-week and weekly to reconcile hours-budget issues.
  • Create weekly agendas and distribute meeting notes for Operations meetings.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing operations business plans, incorporating program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and images.
  • Provide input to product strategy and contribute to the research and development of new and emerging products.
  • Establish production and quality control standards, develop budgets, and implement cost controls.
  • Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
  • Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.
  • Determine responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school education with some post-secondary education; or 4-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is a must.
