Job Summary

LE002 Flagship Facility Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team. As a Janitorial Services Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners as needed.
  • Dust and clean all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Vacuum and mop all floors, including carpets, tile, and hardwood.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The Janitorial Services Specialist will work in a small-to-large office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may be exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, cleaning products, and noise.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to perform the following repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment (cleaning products, tools, and ladders) and trash and the ability to safely use equipment provided.
