Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to patrons, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lead tours of the sales floor, making product recommendations based on ongoing research and knowledge of available products.
- Retain comprehensive knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, encouraging memberships for guests.
- Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals are met.
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service in retail.
- Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in-person.
- Occasional local travel may be required.
