POSITION SUMMARY

Pathway Capital Management is a prominent firm specializing in private equity, private credit, and infrastructure investment solutions, overseeing assets exceeding $85 billion for clients globally.

We are currently in search of a committed Fund Accounting Supervisor to enhance our expanding team.

This role is one of several Fund Accounting Supervisors reporting directly to a VP/Controller.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in supervising and guiding professional teams
  • Expertise in GAAP financial reporting, particularly related to investment entities and fund-of-funds
  • Skilled in utilizing general ledger accounting software (such as Sage Intacct)
  • Acting as a point of contact for external auditors
  • Planning and executing financial statement audits
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and oversee the daily functions of the accounting team concerning the Company's investment funds, including the creation and continuous assessment of the Company's accounting policies and procedures;
  • Development and maintenance of robust internal controls and procedures;
  • Accountable for producing timely and precise financial reports and data;
  • Collaborate with the Company's external accounting firm during the year-end audit and conduct a thorough review of audit reports before final approval;
  • Address various investor inquiries for reports and information.
  • Guide and develop the Company's accounting personnel.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

All regular full-time employees at Pathway Capital Management, LP benefit from a comprehensive compensation package that includes, but is not limited to:
  • A competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 based on experience, with opportunities for semi-annual performance bonuses
