We are currently seeking a Manager of Construction Loan Funding Operations to join our dynamic team. This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage various functions related to funding, servicing, and processing, including loan disbursements, documentation, and servicing for commercial, real estate, and construction loans.
Ensure high-quality service and efficient operational support for both internal and external stakeholders.
Administer bank policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with various loan teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in the development, review, and implementation of bank policies and procedures.
Maintain strong working relationships with branch personnel, lending operations, and credit administrators.
Organize departmental functions and personnel to achieve strategic goals.
Responsible for hiring, performance evaluations, and staff management.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in lending operations, particularly in construction loan funding, servicing, and documentation.
Some supervisory or managerial experience is essential.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must possess a thorough understanding of various lending operational processes, including real estate and commercial lending.
Knowledge of credit practices, regulations, and management processes is necessary.
Strong understanding of real estate insurance, loan documents, and collateral management.
Excellent problem-solving, customer relations, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with lenders, credit administrators, and clients.
Capability to maintain high-quality work standards and manage a team.
