Our clinicians have delivered extensive direct care hours, with a significant percentage of clients reporting improved functioning post-treatment.

Position Details

Under the guidance of the Call Center Supervisor, the Call Center Dispatcher is responsible for receiving calls into the crisis call center from youth and families experiencing psychological and emotional challenges. This role involves ensuring safety, gathering essential triage information, and dispatching clinicians accordingly. The Dispatcher will also assist with daily case management tasks across various counties.

Key Responsibilities:

Crisis Dispatching

  • Maintain professional interactions during crisis calls with all parties involved.
  • Foster teamwork through effective communication.
  • Engage with callers empathetically and professionally.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills for triaging calls and dispatching appropriate clinicians.

Case Management

  • Support the MRSS team in managing cases referred for assessments and follow-up services.
  • Communicate and document appropriately with the PBH team.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and quality assurance measures to support the MRSS program.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation is maintained.

Data Management

  • Input necessary documentation into the DSCYF system.
  • Develop and maintain programmatic needs and outcome evaluations.

Work Environment: Office-based, Call Center

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the mental health sector.
