We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Counselors. This role involves providing essential mental health services to clients in various settings, including their homes and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment strategies.
  • Deliver individual and family therapy sessions based on assessed needs.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies as required.
  • Coordinate therapy services with relevant agencies and support systems.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Preferred licensure in Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Insurance coverage to facilitate contracted services.
  • Ability to pass necessary background checks, including FBI and Child Abuse clearances.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. It is essential to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards during all interactions.
