About the Role

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Telemetry team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient safety and well-being.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and mitigate patient safety risks, adhering to medication safety policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to assigned staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery.
  • Assess and address patient educational needs, providing clear instructions and documentation.
  • Review and implement provider orders in a timely manner, prioritizing patient care responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and problem-solving skills, multitasking efficiently while maintaining professional accountability.
  • Engage in unit-based councils and contribute to performance improvement initiatives, driving solutions that benefit the unit and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and ACLS certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Experience in hospital or acute care settings
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle crisis situations
  • Knowledge and experience with electronic health records
