The Legal Compliance Organization (LCO) is dedicated to providing legal expertise that aligns with KLA's strategic goals while safeguarding the company's legal, ethical, and financial integrity.

Position Overview:

The Ethics & Legal Compliance team at KLA is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Ethics & Compliance Counsel. This role will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and will be pivotal in managing KLA's global antitrust compliance initiatives, addressing cybersecurity legal matters, and overseeing the effectiveness of compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary Ethics & Compliance counsel, directly reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Manage the global antitrust compliance program.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and compliance evaluations.
  • Provide legal guidance on cybersecurity governance and investigations.
  • Oversee the international lobbying compliance framework.
  • Lead internal investigations, develop training modules, and manage strategic initiatives for the Ethics & Legal Compliance division.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed attorney in the United States.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in ethics and compliance roles.
  • Expertise in antitrust compliance advisory.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and information governance legal matters.
  • Experience in liaising with government regulatory bodies.
  • Extensive background in ethics and compliance monitoring.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and resilient.
