Job Title:

Ethics and Compliance Counsel - Antitrust and Cybersecurity

Job Summary:

KLA is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Ethics and Compliance Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee our worldwide antitrust compliance program, assist with cybersecurity and information governance legal compliance issues and investigations, and be responsible for our legal risk assessment and compliance effectiveness program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as one of the lead Ethics and Compliance counsels directly reporting to KLA's Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Oversee KLA's worldwide antitrust compliance program.
  • Conduct periodic worldwide risk and compliance program assessments.
  • Assist with addressing cybersecurity legal, governance, and investigation issues.
  • Maintain KLA's international lobbying compliance program.
  • Conduct internal investigations, develop training, and manage strategic projects for the Ethics and Legal Compliance group.
Requirements:
  • Qualified attorney licensed to practice law in the United States.
  • At least 8 years of experience as an ethics and compliance professional.
  • Expert antitrust compliance counseling experience.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
  • Keen interest in cybersecurity and information governance legal issues.
  • Experience working with government regulators.
  • Substantial experience conducting ethics and compliance monitoring activities.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Strong and independent demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and persistent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
