Operations Manager Opportunity

This role is at a Material Handling Equipment Dealer, Rental and Maintenance / Repair company. The Operations manager MUST have a background in that industry, specifically.

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will initially manage the service departments operations, ensuring all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires the ability to lead a team of technicians and manage customer relationships. As we grow, this person would ideally grow into increased Operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians, providing mentorship and support.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and technicians to ensure timely completion of service calls.
  • Ensure all equipment is serviced according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Monitor technician performance and provide training as necessary.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year Degree
  • 5+ years of experience working for an equipment dealer that offers maintenance and repair services and rental services.
  • Experience with dispatch or leading service technicians.
  • Desired to grow into a higher level leadership or GM function.
