About the Role
At Athelas, we're revolutionizing the healthcare industry with innovative solutions that simplify providers' lives and keep them connected to their patients. As an Operations Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in our Operations team, focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management. You'll work across the organization to define critical business processes, ensuring efficient execution and a seamless onboarding process for clients. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that will quickly expand to cover more emergent business problem areas.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of internal operations projects, from project initiation to launch.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations teams.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency.
• Breakdown challenging business problems and own execution and outcomes.
• Drive operational metrics, such as process throughput and defect rate.

Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions to new challenges.
• Familiarity with SQL is a requirement.
• Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
• Ability to oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address internal needs and support company objectives.
• Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement and optimization for Internal Ops processes.
• Strong Leadership skills, with experience managing and delivering multiple, complex projects on-time and on-budget with your team.
• Business acumen, with the ability to dive into an area of the business, understand business needs, and facilitate Executive decisions on improvements and best practices.
• Data orientation, with the ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
• Comfort in Chaos, with the ability to work in an autonomous environment, prioritize, and identify internal and external blockers.
