Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing all tax payments, including checks, electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and wire transfers, as well as managing indirect tax funding requests and monthly processing fees.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records related to tax payments and providing support for both internal and external audit reviews.
  • Handling the preparation and submission of tax returns, including e-filing and ensuring that all electronic files are organized and audit-ready.
  • Managing administrative tasks to support the Tax Operations Group, including mail collection and sorting, as well as maintaining logs.
  • Assisting with sales and use tax audits by retrieving invoices and accessing archived records as needed.
