Position Overview:
As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing patient care and ensuring high standards of nursing practice.

At Evergreen Healthcare Group, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and their families. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident/patient conditions and ensure nursing staff adhere to established care protocols.
  • Facilitate effective communication during shift changes by providing and receiving comprehensive nursing reports.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including nurse stations and treatment areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including those outlined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Review and update care plans daily to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Notify the Director of Nursing or Care Manager of any significant changes in patient conditions.
  • Accurately transcribe and implement physician orders in patient records.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Document all relevant information in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, and company policies.
  • Conduct controlled substance counts with fellow nursing staff during shift changes and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure the security of medication storage areas and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and the regulatory framework governing nursing care facilities.
