About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Supervisor at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to our homecare team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to homecare caregivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of homecare caregivers, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement education and training programs for homecare caregivers.
  • Travel to patient homes for onsite visits, providing clinical oversight and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required
  • Proficiency in the English language is required
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $88,000 - $93,000, plus an annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
