We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Supervisor at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to our homecare team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to homecare caregivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of homecare caregivers, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
- Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement education and training programs for homecare caregivers.
- Travel to patient homes for onsite visits, providing clinical oversight and support as needed.
- Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)
- Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required
- Proficiency in the English language is required
We offer a competitive salary range of $88,000 - $93,000, plus an annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
