Key Responsibilities
  • Greets guests and seats them in a timely and courteous manner
  • Manages reservations and waitlists, ensuring that guests are seated promptly

  • Works closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food
  • High school education
  • Current CA Food Handler's Card
  • Ability to communicate in a satisfactory manner, both verbal and written English
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to maintain complete knowledge of the front desk standards
