Position Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Property Leasing Specialist to join our team at a premier family-oriented community.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, high energy, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities. A collaborative spirit and a sense of ownership are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will:

  • Stay informed about community offerings
  • Welcome visitors and residents, assessing their needs
  • Foster positive relationships with residents
  • Work alongside the Community Manager to develop and execute resident engagement activities
  • Assist in managing social media outreach
  • Coordinate concierge services and vendor partnerships
  • Oversee leasing processes and renewals, including property tours and documentation
  • Ensure high standards of quality and resident satisfaction
  • Report directly to the Community Manager

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
  • Prior leasing experience is advantageous
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish & English) are a plus
  • Familiarity with property management software, particularly Entrata
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of residents
  • Adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment
  • A professional demeanor and appearance

Work Environment:

The position is based in a well-ventilated, air-conditioned office, requiring confidentiality in handling sensitive information. This full-time role may involve occasional after-hours and weekend work.
