Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team at Weston Park at Longwood Station, a class A, 208-unit family market rate community located in Longwood, Florida.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain updated knowledge of the community and its amenities.
- Greet guests and residents, identifying their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and ownership.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to create and implement resident activities, boosting referrals and community engagement.
- Assist with social media networks and coordinate concierge services with participating vendors.
- Responsible for leasing and renewals, including property tours and associated paperwork.
- Ensure the highest levels of quality are maintained for the asset, services, and resident satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred.
- Previous leasing experience preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus.
- Knowledge of property management software, Entrata preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to create relationships and rapport with residents, work with a diverse array of people, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Air-conditioned office, well-lit and well-ventilated. High level of confidentiality required for financial documents, incoming mail, email, telephone calls, vendor contracts, and lender/owner information.
