Social Media Creative Strategist

Position Overview:
As a key member of the Creative Team within the Office of Spiritual Development, the Social Media Creative Strategist will work autonomously while demonstrating sound judgment and discretion. This role is integral in supporting the Creative Director across various initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be tasked with the creation of vital media assets for the Office of Spiritual Development and its affiliated departments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing all social media channels for OSD, which encompasses brainstorming, crafting, developing, scheduling, and disseminating content.
- Formulating and executing measurable strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing digital visibility.
- Designing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and social media plan, pinpointing strategic deficiencies, and proposing enhancements.
- Exhibiting exceptional attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to thrive under pressure while being both strategic and analytical.
- Producing video content and assets for various events and community gatherings.
- Creating digital displays for LED screens during significant events.
- Generating both digital and print materials for various initiatives.
- Providing support to Videographers and Content Creators with necessary graphic assets.
- Managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment while adhering to project specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Staying informed on trends relevant to Gen Z and industry creative tools, while brainstorming new initiatives that resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a four-year degree in Digital Media, Cinematic Arts, Graphic Design, Strategic Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. A strong background in graphic design, with a solid understanding of design principles and the differences between print and digital outputs, is required.
Preferred Experience:
A minimum of two years in a professional capacity related to Graphic Design, Videography, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or similar creative roles is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for conveying clear and articulate information. The ability to understand and communicate in English is necessary for professional correspondence. Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency are essential. The candidate should also possess problem-solving abilities, demonstrating analytical reasoning and sound judgment.
Working Environment:
This position typically operates within a climate-controlled office setting that is well-lit and maintains a moderate noise level. Travel may be required for various functions.
